**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for the company/organization.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies.
- Create engaging and compelling social media content (text, images, videos) to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
