**About Resso**:
Resso is a music platform that enriches the way people experience music together. Resso's community-first platform enables a shared and connected experience while its strong recommendation features fuel music and artist discovery from a diverse range of genres. Available in Brazil, India and Indonesia, Resso offers a truly unique streaming experience built on expression, connection and interaction.

**About the Team**:
Music Operations Team (India) overlooks all music content programming and library operations to enable a seamless music experience for our users on Resso. This involves creating unique music experiences through curation, promotion and maintaining high accuracy of metadata. The team actively works with different cross functional teams of product, business development, marketing and community to achieve the objectives related to enhancing consumption to benefit users and artists.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an intern to join our Music Curator & Library Team at Resso. As a Music Curator Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced music curators to discover and select new music for our playlist libraries. You will be responsible for identifying and recommending new artists and tracks for inclusion in Resso's playlists, as well as analyzing data to understand listener trends and preferences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure standard, consistency and accuracy of content metadata (Genre, Language, Artist Name, Origin, Type of Artists, etc).
- Research and discover new music from a variety of genres and regions
- Recommend new artists and tracks for inclusion in playlist libraries
- Collaborate with other music curators to select and curate playlists
- Analyze listener data to understand trends and preferences
- Strong passion for music and knowledge of various genres and regions
- Ability to identify and recommend new artists and tracks based on their potential for success on Resso
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
