**Job Description Summary**: As a Staff Data and Integrations Architect you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the APIGee Enterprise Gateway API’s and platform activities & ability to work Integrations/Middleware domain with focus on ETL tool like informatica. You will work on highly complex software projects that require in-depth domain knowledge or two or more specialized architecture areas. In this role you will: - Lead and coordinate the APIGee Enterprise Gateway API’s and platform activities & ability to work Integrations/Middleware domain with focus on ETL tool like informatica. Co-ordinate business discussions relative to future architecture direction across the product portfolio or product line with focus on API’s. - Analyse, design, and develop a roadmap, design pattern, and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint. - Review and/or analyse and develops architectural requirements at Integrations/Middleware domain level within product portfolio or team. - Participates in the Integrations/Middleware Governance Council. - Contributes to the development of data patterns and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses. - Leads the research and evaluation of emerging Integrations technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support actives. - Develops, motivates, and directs staff to create a team environment. - Effectively monitor and control costs in the organization **Qualifications/Requirements** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 8 years of experience - 8+ years of experience on system analysis, design, and modelling. - 8+ years’ experience designing, developing, leading integration architecture in a global organization using multiple design patterns (Real-time, ETL, Messaging, API, etc.) utilizing at least some of Boomi, Oracle SOA 12c, Informatica, APIGEE - Experience with a variety of relevant Web Services technologies, including RESTFUL APIs (XML, JSON), SOAP APIs, understand SOA, and Microservices. - Strong API and middleware platform experience/expertise - Ability to get handson on kubernetes,docker and relevant modern technical stacks. - Good experience managing a large Middleware Platform. This includes designing and managing High availability architecture, DR strategy, platform upgrade and security. - Ability to discuss cloud architecture and principles of modern platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, etc. **Desired Characteristics** - Experience in defining and configuring encryption and security standards in the integration framework - Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Multi-Tier Architecture - Exposure to Oracle B2B and aanalyzing EDI requirements, interpreting trading partner specifications, and translating these into integration design documents. **Business Acumen**: - Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills - Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends - Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the Product - Functional understanding of logistics, sourcing, manufacturing and close the books business processes - Ability to interact with Business stakeholders and solve business problems spanning across functions **Leadership**: - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes - Strong oral and written communication skills - Builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas, and leverages chains of indirect influence - Strong influencing skills - Should be able to think strategically and at the same time be able to execute the strategy at a tactical level **Personal Attributes**: - Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytical skills and best practices - Able to re-appropriate existing solutions to new requirements and situations - Emotional Intelligence, ability to influence up and out - Accountable for policy decisions with incomplete, conflicting information and uncertain long-term dynamics **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
