We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Steward / Waiter** to join our team at **Hotel Ramta Continental**. As a Steward/Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and drink orders, serving guests, and ensuring that all dining experiences are pleasant and meet the hotel’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Assist with setting up tables and ensuring that they are ready for the next customer
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items when necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required

**Salary**
- **Salary Range**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
