Multi Super Specialty Hospital in Banga, Nawanshahr, Punjab, is seeking a skilled and experienced Neurosurgeon to join our esteemed medical team. As a Neurosurgeon at our hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions requiring surgical intervention. This includes diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves through surgical procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform surgical procedures on patients with neurological conditions such as brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, vascular disorders, and congenital anomalies.
- Evaluate patients' medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests to determine the extent of neurological damage and the appropriate course of treatment.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with other medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and oncologists.
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes while minimizing risks and complications.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including monitoring patients' progress, managing pain, and addressing any complications that may arise.
- Educate patients and their families about neurological conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case reviews, and continuing medical education activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in neurosurgery.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in Punjab, India.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in neurosurgery, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in advanced surgical techniques and familiarity with neuroimaging modalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Dedication to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
