**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality lectures on **Geography (Physical, Human, Indian, World & Environmental Geography)** as per the UPSC Civil Services Examination syllabus (Prelims & Mains - GS & Optional).
- Design and structure the curriculum, study materials, and test series for Geography.
- Prepare **classroom notes, PPTs, and handouts** in simple and concise language for better student understanding.
- Conduct **doubt-solving sessions, group discussions, and one-on-one mentorship** for students.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC exam trends, previous years’ questions, and dynamic current affairs related to geography and environment.
- Assist in **content development** - books, online courses, recorded lectures, and test papers.
- Regularly evaluate student performance through **assignments, mock tests, and answer writing practice**.
- Provide **exam strategies, time management tips, and answer writing guidance** tailored for Geography optional and GS papers.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree (MA/MSc) or higher in **Geography / Geology / Environmental Studies** (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong academic background with expertise in **UPSC Geography syllabus (both Optional & GS Papers)**.
- **Prior teaching experience** in UPSC coaching institutes preferred.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** in English/Hindi (as per requirement).
- Ability to simplify complex topics and make learning engaging.
- Dedication, patience, and mentoring ability for serious UPSC aspirants.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in writing UPSC-level **model answers and test papers**.
- Knowledge of **map work, diagrams, and case studies** relevant to Geography.
- Familiarity with **digital teaching tools** (smart board, online platforms, recorded sessions).
- Research-oriented mindset with the ability to link geography topics to **current affairs**.
