## **Job Summary**:
The Academic Counsellor will play a crucial role in promoting, advising, and selling our training and development programmes, business research services, business executions, and overall management consulting solutions. This position involves guiding prospective clients through our offerings, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.

## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Advisory and Consultation**:

- Meet and interact with potential clients (both individual professionals and corporate entities) to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Provide detailed information about Zamway’s services, including training and development programmes, business research methodologies, business execution strategies, and comprehensive management consulting solutions.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Develop and execute strategies to effectively promote Zamway’s academic and consulting offerings.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and demos to showcase our services to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into clients.
- **Program Enrollment Process**:

- Guide clients through the enrollment process for training and development programmes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation for programme registration.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service offerings and delivery.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
- Provide insights on market positioning and help develop new services and offerings based on client needs and market dynamics.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
- Coordinate with trainers, consultants, and other internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of programmes and services.

## **Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic counselling, business consulting, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and successfully advising clients on professional development and academic programmes.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of business management principles and consulting practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
