1. TPA and Insurance Coordination: Coordinate with TPAs, Reception, and ward staff to ensure smooth processing of insurance claims and bed booking.

2. Patient Support: Provide support to patients and their families regarding admission processes, pre-operative requirements, and coordinate with concerned doctors and OT departments.

2. Front Desk Management: Manage the hospital's front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

3. Patient Registration and Admission: Coordinate patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.

4. Patient Inquiries and Feedback: Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.5.

5. OT Coordination: Coordinate with Clinical Coordinators and OT in charge& nurses to ensure smooth operation of the OT.

6. Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain OT schedules, patient records, and surgical logs.

7. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance OT efficiency and patient care.

8. Investigation and Pre-Operative Care: Check investigations, patient pre-anaesthesia fitness, and address any complications to physicians and operating surgeons.

9. Patient Record Management: Manage patient records, files, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

**Working Hours**
- 10 hours (8 am - 6 pm) with hospital phone and availability after duty hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
