The Marketplace Trust team is responsible for mitigating content and abuse-related risks to Poshmark with a scope that falls under five main areas: Content Policy, Intellectual Property Operations, Prohibited Content, Scaled Abuse, and User Safety.

As a Patrol Associate, Marketplace Trust, you will review and make judgements related to user-generated content. Patrol Associates preserve quality and trust in Poshmark’s user experiences by preventing community exposure to potentially violating content and other forms of inauthentic behavior.

**Responsibilities**:
- Following standardized workflows for reviewing user-generated content including images and text. Please note this role may involve occasionally viewing offensive or objectionable content.- Evaluating multiple complex attributes to successfully identify fraudulent listings and suspicious behaviors, and taking appropriate steps to remove the user or their content if necessary.- Building and maintaining knowledge and understanding of new and evolving fraud trends as well as Poshmark’s content policies.- Independently handling daily assigned tasks while consistently meeting productivity and quality expectations.- Participating in all required training and coaching sessions including providing feedback to management concerning potential areas of improvement.- Other duties as assigned.
