We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as inbound/outbound tele callers. As a tele caller, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and assisting customers with their inquiries regarding our clinical lab products, which are sold through our e-commerce website.
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general assistance.
- Provide accurate information about our clinical lab products, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and product returns or exchanges.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and rapport-building techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our clinical lab products and generate sales leads.
- Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers and prospects.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Use persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Track and report on outbound calling activities, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales metrics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
