**Responsibilities**:
1) Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets.

2) Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

3) Plan and schedule production activities, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

4) Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards.

5) Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure availability.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
