**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and joining metal components to create various structures and products. Your expertise in welding techniques will be vital in ensuring the quality and durability of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Weld metal components in various positions, using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.

Select appropriate welding techniques and materials based on project specifications.

Inspect and assess welded surfaces, identifying any defects or imperfections, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.

Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

Collaborate with team members, including fabricators, supervisors, and engineers, to meet project deadlines and achieve desired outcomes.

Follow quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used for reporting and documentation purposes.

Continuously improve welding skills and stay updated with the latest welding techniques and technologies.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.

Proficient in various welding techniques, like Tic.

Strong knowledge of metal properties and welding materials.

Precision and attention to detail to produce high-quality welds.

Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments.

Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to welding operations.

Excellent teamwork.

Welding certification or vocational training is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces if required.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
