CX - Product Owner

REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES

Au sein de la station A de DCAD ou en usine digitale, il/elle
- Aide le client dans l’analyse et l'expression de ses besoins
- Identifie les enjeux et les opportunités avec le client / partenaire métier pour accélérer la transformation digitale et accroître l’impact business
- Capture et décrit les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques du client de façon à bien détourer et clarifier le besoin exprimé
- S’assure que toutes les prescriptions DCAD en matière d’hébergement, de sécurité et de confidentialité des données sont respectées
- Travaille de façon rapprochée avec les usines digitales pour s’assurer de la pertinence de la solution proposée et de la disponibilité des équipes, des compétences, et de la faisabilité pour développer la solution
- Capitalise la connaissance acquise et s’assure de la satisfaction de son client / partenaire

La solution mise en œuvre satisfait les besoins fonctionnels du business

Le business utilise la solution digitale

Les projets et les solutions réalisés respectent les prescriptions DCAD et utilisent efficacement les standards supportés par les outils de développement ou progiciels qui supportent la solution

Une collaboration à long terme est établie entre le business analyst, les équipes business et les digital factories.

Analyse et traduction du besoin client
- Comprend et connaît les processus business de son domaine et les cas d’usage
- Aide le client / partenaire métier dans l'expression de ses besoins, en comprenant (par l’implication dans les activités business) et en challengeant les exigences business
- Analyse les besoins exprimés
- Analyse les caractéristiques fonctionnelles, environnementales et techniques relatives au type de solution à réaliser (règlementations, organisations, contraintes d'assemblage, de fabrication, d'exploitation, sécurité)
- Aide le chef projet à cartographier les risques techniques et fonctionnels et à estimer leur criticité
- Analyse les propositions techniques et fournit une aide au choix en s’assurant avec la Web OpTeam que les prescriptions DCAD en matière d’hébergement, de sécurité, de protection et de confidentialité des données sont respectées
- confirme avec l’entité client que la recommandation faite en termes de solution et de mise en œuvre (Make ou Buy) est conforme à ses attentes

Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage
- Aide à la rédaction du cahier des charges fonctionnel permettant de comprendre et d’orienter le projet digital
- Met en relation l’entité Business et la ou les digital factory identifiées pour développer la solution
- En usine, accompagne les équipes projet jusqu’à la recommandation (make or buy)

Veille technologique

Gestion réglementaire et contractuelle
- Connaît les réglementations/ prescriptions en vigueur dans sa spécialité ou son Secteur
- Communique et promeut les prescriptions du Groupe
