**Job description**
- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:Develop comprehensive and engaging chemistry lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum, utilizing various teaching methods and resources.
- **Practical Skills Development**:Plan, prepare, and supervise laboratory activities to develop students' practical skills and understanding of chemistry concepts.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- **Curriculum Adherence**:Ensure all lessons and assessments adhere to the IGCSE Chemistry syllabus requirements and school policies.
- **Student Support**:Provide extra support and guidance to students who are struggling, and challenge high-achieving students.
- **Continuous Professional Development**:Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in chemistry education.
- **Classroom Management**:Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment by managing student behavior and ensuring safety in the lab.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
- **Parent Communication**:Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
