An F&B captain, or food and beverage captain, is responsible for providing customer service, supervising the service team, and ensuring the outlet is set up for service. Some of their responsibilities include:

- **Customer service**: Greeting guests, explaining menu items, offering recommendations, and addressing complaints
- **Service team supervision**: Training and supervising the service team
- **Menu knowledge**: Acquiring knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- **Supply planning and control**: Planning and controlling supplies, and ensuring minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage
- **Up-selling**: Using up-selling techniques to increase revenue
- **Guest satisfaction**: Promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction
- **Work environment**: Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment
- **Product quality**: Ensuring only the highest quality products are being served

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
