**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and update training materials and curriculum for Full Stack development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js, PHP, and Python technologies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to ensure the training content is current and relevant.

**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and virtually.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages participant engagement and skill retention.

**Hands-on Labs and Projects**:

- Create hands-on labs and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts and provide practical, real-world experience.
- Guide participants through the development of projects, offering support and feedback.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills.

**Technical Support**:

- Offer technical support and guidance to participants during and after training sessions.
- Address and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the training.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the management team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

**Stay Current**:

- Stay informed about advancements in Full Stack development and related technologies.
- Continuously update personal knowledge and training materials to reflect the latest industry best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Node.js, PHP, and Python is required.
- Strong understanding of Full Stack development principles and best practices.
- Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries in Node.js, PHP, and Python.

**Teaching and Communication**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Previous experience in training or teaching roles is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Previous experience in a training role is preferred.

**Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.

**Passion for Learning**:

- Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others succeed in their learning journey.

**Salary**:
15K - 35K

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
