*Position Summary:*

The Education Counsellor will provide guidance and support to students in selecting educational programs, courses, and career paths. The role involves assessing students' academic performance, interests, and goals to recommend suitable educational opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Advise students on academic programs and career planning.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds and interests.
- Provide information on course options, admissions processes, and financial aid.
- Conduct workshops and informational sessions.
- Stay updated on educational trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student needs.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in educational counselling or academic advising preferred.
- Knowledge of educational systems and career development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Skills:*
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Empathy and understanding of student needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using counselling software and educational resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
