**Job Description: Telecaller**

**Company Overview**:
We are a leading software development and SEO service company specializing in UI design, website development, and SEO services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Telecaller** to join our growing team and contribute to our sales and marketing efforts.

**Position**: Telecaller
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in related field
**Salary**: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (plus attractive incentives)
**Location**: Kathaur, Mahewa Road (Near Durga Temple) Transport Nagar, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India 273016
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales meetings.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Explain the company’s services, including software development, website design, and SEO, to prospective clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- **Follow-ups**:

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into clients.
- Record client feedback and ensure proper communication with the sales team.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
- Ensure all interactions are documented and recorded in the CRM.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies and share updates.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in software or IT services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Fluency in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi]
