**Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Functional Consultant**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle EBS modules, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Lead testing efforts, including creating test plans, scenarios, and executing functional testing.
- Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end-users.
- Resolve issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Stay current with Oracle product updates and enhancements, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules, with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Oracle certification is a plus.
