**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the RR (Raising/Rotary/Rolling) machine efficiently as per production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance, identify basic mechanical issues, and report any malfunctions.
- Load/unload fabric/materials and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine and work area.
- Follow company SOPs and safety standards during operation.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and assist technicians as needed.
- Ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience operating RR machines in a têxtile or garment processing unit is preferred.
- Basic understanding of machine handling and safety protocols.
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts (12 hours).
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
