**Business Production Support Associate Advisor**

**Position Summary**:
**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Continuous improvement in the identification of opportunities for process improvement or process enhancements in day-to-day execution.

**Experience Required**:

- Strong functional experience with Oracle with in depth functional knowledge of business/financial modules.
- Ability to collaborate at all levels: must be able to collaborate and come to decisions with people at all levels, baseline accounting & finance, project management, IT resources, and senior management.
- Business Aptitude: must be able to work with accountants and financial disciplines and be able to understand their needs and partner with them in order to provide customer centric support for the user community.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make edits to complex processes: Must be able to clearly identify root causes of issues and make practical suggestions to resolve or enhance processes.

**Experience Desired**:

- Desired Tool Experience & Project Practices: Microsoft Suite, Agile, Jira, Sharepoint, Aveska, Saviynt, Confluence, Oracle Technologies (EBS and Fusion), Virtual Trader, Spreadsheet Server.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects/initiatives within agreed upon parameters while achieving the benefits and/or value-added results.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodology.
