**Job Summary**:
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing activities targeted at distributors, retailers, and other trade partners. This role focuses on driving brand visibility, increasing sales through trade channels, and ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively executed in the field. The Trade Marketing Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to create successful trade programs that drive growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Manage trade promotions, in-store activations, and POSM to create a strong brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other trade
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and ensure timely distribution to retail partners.
- Ensure proper product placement and merchandising standards at retail locations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to integrate trade marketing efforts with broader brand campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG or related industries.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising, trade promotions, and consumer behavior
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like sales, product development, and logistics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- English (preferred)
