**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in building, updating, and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Optimize website performance, load speed, and security.
- Support content creation, management, and layout adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align website features with design specifications.
- Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and ideas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Web Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and basic customizations.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot simple issues and find effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate and take guidance from team members.
- **Adaptability**: Open to learning new skills and working with various WordPress tools and plugins.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with website builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.
- Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL is an advantage.
- Experience with SEO best practices and optimizing websites for performance.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git is a plus.
