**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and participate in test case reviews to understand software requirements and specifications.
Perform functional, regression, and group testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
Provide detailed and accurate defect reports, including steps to reproduce,verify bug fixes and track issues to closure, ensuring the quality of the fixes.
Collaborate with automation testers to transition test cases from manual to automated testing, if applicable.

Contribute to testing process enhancements.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Manual QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage.
