- Job Summary:_

We're seeking a sales-oriented and customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail jewelry store team. As a Salesperson, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining store visual merchandising.
- Key Responsibilities:_

1. *Customer Service:*
- Greet customers, determine their needs, and provide personalized service.
- Answer questions, provide product information, and handle customer complaints.

2. *Sales and Revenue Growth:*
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to store revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and events.

3. *Visual Merchandising:*
- Maintain store displays, ensuring visual appeal and product showcase.
- Implement visual merchandising plans, as directed by the Store Manager.

4. *Inventory Management:*
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Report inventory discrepancies or concerns to the Store Manager.

5. *Store Operations:*
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Requirements:_

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets.

4. Basic math skills, accuracy with cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems.

5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Jewelry sales: 1 year (preferred)
