**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that align with our client's vision and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual Design**: Develop innovative and creative architectural concepts that meet project requirements and client expectations.
- **Design Development**: Refine design concepts into detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- **Construction Documentation**: Prepare accurate and comprehensive construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- **Project Management**: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- **Client Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with clients, actively listen to their needs, and present design proposals effectively.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- **Sustainability**: Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

**ESSENTIALS**

1) Should be proficient in English

2) Updated knowledge of the latest materials available in the market.

3) Expertise in project planning and designing skills.

4) Must be proficient with Dwg software to produce construction drawings with details fast and without errors. ( All layouts and elevations)

5) Must be proficient with PowerPoint presentations and Photoshop to produce presentations and mood boards for design meetings with clients.

6) Must be proficient with Excel to produce BOQs for new projects and keep tabs on ongoing projects.

7) Should be ok to travel to sites in and around Mumbai as required.

8) Should be able to communicate effectively with contractors and different vendors on project progress.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
