**Responsibilities**:

- Make regular follow-up calls to patients.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Greet visitors and assist them with inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Manage and organize administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education level of 10+2 pass.
- Fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Must be available to work from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.**
