Operation Executive
Exp - 1 to 2 years
Np
- 15days to Immediate
Daily Activities:
- Handling Global Cash Management services (GCMS Plus) and all related registrations in the GCMS Plus.
- Liaising with Clients for all Online Banking platform related Queries.
- Documentations
- Branch Registration
- Initial Set up at client?s side
- OTP Token Activation
- Password Reset
Regular Liasoning with Internal teams for:
- Monitoring the Transaction at Bank Side.
- For ENS/GNS Registration and Related Queries.
- For Delivery of OTP Tokens at Client Side.
NACH Operations:
Checking and Confirming the Mandates.
- Liaoning with V-soft, Deposits Team, ODI, and the Client to carry out smooth process and completion of daily activities.
- Maintains Master of NACH Mandates Received, Accepted, Rejected etc.
Comsuite Forex
Documentations.
Branch Registration.
e-IDPMS/e-EDPMS
- Following up with the Clients for LOU.
- Coordinating with internal teams & customers for initiating the first transaction.
- Supporting customer on general queries on e-IDPMS/e-EDPMS.
