We invite you to bring your strong knowledge of Public Health Modeling into play as you co-ordinate with Project Manager and Technical Manager/Principal Engineer and be primarily involved in delivering co-ordinated engineering models focused on the Public Health discipline.

**You will join our REC UK Team**

As our new Public Health Modeler, you will be part of a world class, innovation driven engineering design centre owned by an independent trust and its employees. REC is a highly sophisticated center of engineering excellence located in Gurgaon. Working in partnership with all our established offices globally, the Ramboll Engineering Centre (REC) is a center for excellence in design by offering optimized solutions to the rest of the organization.

You will become part of our REC UK buildings team, collaborating with a close-knit team of Public Health Engineers both in the UK and India, specialising in the design and modelling of Water Services, Above and Below Ground Drainage and Fire Suppression systems.

In your role, you will work across multiple sectors across the globe - from Antarctic Research Outposts to high-rise buildings to world leading hospitals. Based out of one of the regional offices, travel will be expected on occasion, to fulfil the needs of the projects you will be working on. You will be working with a multi-disciplinary UK Buildings Team including including Structures, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Facades and Acoustics. Your project teams may be as large as 30 people or as intimate as 2 or 3.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Digitalization of existing drawings into 3D Revit models from PDF/CAD-format
- Modelling of Foul and Rainwater Drainage/ Domestic Water Systems -installations in 3D Revit MEP
- Measurements (area of floors, windows and facades of buildings) from existing PDF/ CAD-drawings and/or 3D Revit models
- Coordinate with MEP, structure & architectural.
- Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned.
- Monitor/checking if there is any clashing.
- Model/ BIM Management
- Digitalization using different software & plug in i.e., Grasshopper, Rhino, Dynamo etc.
- Coordinate resource and project workload with the UK PHE team.
- Take a lead role in the coordination and resource management of any Modelling work within the PHE team, ensuring all engineers are fully utilized to the best of your ability.
- Be responsible for the quality assurance and output quality of work both personally and of others within the team.
- Be responsible for ensuring any work returned to the UK from REC is of the highest standard and has followed the correct QA processes before issuing.

For this role, we believe your starting point is:

- Must possess a minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Revit modelling/engineering
- Must have diploma/ bachelor’s in mechanical engineering.
- Documented experience in AutoCAD & 3D Revit MEP
- Must possess the ability to develop complex drawings with mínimal guidance from other senior staff.
- Should have working knowledge of software’s such as
- Must have attention to detail and take pride in their own work and work of others within the team
- Extensive experience in software such as AutoCAD / Revit / Navisworks / Solibri (Advantage) / Inventor (Advantage) / Vault (Advantage)
- Should have experience working on UK projects with knowledge of regional standards & regulations.
- Should be passionate about engineering with an attitude of absolute intolerance for non-compliance in relation to people safety, environment or product quality.
- Should have flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines and can be relied on to meet deadlines.
- Should be committed to both their work and personal development, with a willingness to widen their experience and knowledge base.
- Must possess professional English language skills (written and verbal).
- Should be able to communicate clearly with team members.
- Should be able to work in a team and support, mentor and develop junior technician.
