**Key Responsibilities**
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve designs.
- Maintain consistency in design systems, patterns, and guidelines.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create engaging graphics, banners, and visuals for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Design branding materials, including logos, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop creative assets for advertisements and promotions.
- Stay updated with design trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in graphic design and UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects)**, **Figma**, or **Sketch**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs and graphic design projects.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and user needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the **recruitment or job portal** industry.
- Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, or JavaScript** for design implementation.
- Familiarity with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
