**Cognos Administrator**

**Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai**
- At least 6+ years’ experience working as part of Cognos admin team
- 2+ years of experience administration of SAS and Tableau platforms
- Extensive experience in installing, configuring, patching, upgrade, administering and troubleshooting Cognos (Pri), SAS, Tableau (sec) platforms
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, the development of dashboards and report design concepts
- ** Must be ready to work in Rotational shift jobs (including night shifts) with on call availability**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- User Account Management - Create and manage user RnR, Security
- Patch Management - Review and Execution of technology and Bug fixes Patches
- Life Cycle management of Software - Monitor the de-supported Software versions.
- Monitoring - Monitoring of Cognos TM1/ Tableau/ SAS environment and its Components for Availability
- Monitor the space usage, log files for any error and server usage ( Capacity Monitoring)
- Troubleshooting - Service Requests, Incidents, Problem related to BI Application and its components technologies/framework
- Release Management - Deployment of codes
- Change Management - Review and execute approved Infra changes to TM1 / Tableau and SAS platform
- DR Support - Monitor and maintain the DR setup. Participate in DR Drills
- Peer team Co-ordination - Work with other peer team (OS, Storage, Network, Compute) for any infrastructure support required
- SSL and SSO support
- Co-ordination with vendor for Software support as per Client-Vendor agreement
