**Job Title: PPIC Sr Executive**
**Location**: Mehmdabad, Gujrat
**Reporting To**: VP, Supply Chain Head
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect the customer purchase orders from Marketing and key into system.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels for generic formulations.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Implement and maintain production scheduling systems to streamline operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide input on production capabilities and constraints.
- Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in production planning and inventory control.
- **Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as USFDA, WHO, and ICH for generic pharmaceuticals.**
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that all products meet required quality standards.
- Manage and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 4-5 years’ experience as a PPIC Executive or in a similar role within the generics pharmaceutical industry.
- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management, specifically in the generics pharmaceutical sector.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Pharma Cloud**
- Ability to adapt to change and manage developmental activities, including change management, as the site is under continuous development.
