**Job Title**: Telesales Executive - Premium Grocery Sales

**Location**: Delhi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via phone to promote and sell premium grocery products.
- Conduct cross-selling to introduce additional products and services.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
- Utilize an existing database of customers for sales opportunities (preferred).
- Manage customer support, handling inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on daily sales activity and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest products, offers, and promotions.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in telesales and cross-sales, particularly in premium grocery products.
- Previous experience working with **Le Marche Retail **or **Food Stories** stores (preferred).
- Ability to meet or exceed daily sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with experience managing support functions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and managing customer databases is a plus.
