**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our web development and video production services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with the design and video production teams to produce high-quality visual content.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to drive organic traffic to websites.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- **Client Relations & Communication**:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities to upsell additional services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their marketing campaigns.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of web development and video production projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- **Brand Development**:

- Work on enhancing the company's brand image and market presence.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on web development and video production.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, etc.).
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Up to 70% travel
