**Roles and Responsibilities of a PRO in a Bodyshop:1. Customer Relations**:

- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding repairs, services, and pricing.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of vehicle repairs.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.

**2. Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise between the bodyshop team (technicians, service advisors) and customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing for repair work.
- Ensure timely communication between suppliers, vendors, and the bodyshop for spare parts or other needs.

**3. Documentation and Compliance**:

- Handle paperwork related to vehicle repairs, insurance claims, and government compliance.
- Ensure that the bodyshop adheres to local laws and regulations, such as environmental and safety standards.
- Manage licensing, permits, and other legal documentation.

**4. Marketing and Brand Promotion**:

- Promote the bodyshop’s services through marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
- Represent the bodyshop at community events or industry gatherings to build brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses or organizations.

**5. Conflict Resolution**:

- Mediate disputes between customers and the bodyshop to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
- Address complaints or negative feedback promptly and effectively.

**6. Strategic Development**:

- Work with management to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.

**7. Reporting**:

- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, marketing efforts, and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide insights to management for improving service quality and customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
