**Job Summary**
To provide world class health care services to families in the community with children with special needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Clinical Activities**:

- Conducts assessments and submits error free report by every Thursday night without deviation.
- Takes therapy of children assigned to them as per goals set by the Developmental Pediatrician/ the child’s ITP/Counseling of parents and children done as applicable.
- Completes the daily log sheets at work itself.
- Submits the monthly progress reports by the last date of the month.
- Plans and implements newer programs under the guidance of the Centre Head.
- Ensures that the Clinical and Non Clinical SOP’s are being followed without deviation.
**Customer Care**:

- Is polite to all customers.
- Understands and addresses the parent’s problem with regard to the therapy of child with humility and dignity.
- Speaks to parents to make sure that they are comfortable with services offered.
- Ensures that the Parental Feedback Form is explained and filled during Parental Counselling Appointment.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Bachelor’s / Masters in Speech
**Benefits**
Fixed plus incentives

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
