**Compliance Assistance, Audit & assurance, Internal Audit,Risk Advisory for capital market sector**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting activities to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits and assurance engagements to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Perform internal audits to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvements.
- Support the risk advisory team in analyzing market trends and assessing potential risks impacting clients in the capital market sector.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (for fresher positions).
- Prior experience in compliance, audit, or risk advisory roles preferred (for experienced positions).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving regulatory environments.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE are a plus (for experienced positions).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Compliance Assistance: 1 year (preferred)
- Auditing: 1 year (preferred)
- Internal audits: 1 year (preferred)
- Risk Advisory: 1 year (preferred)
