- **Confidence in Handling Calls**: Proven ability to manage high-volume calls with a professional demeanor
- **Basic Computer Knowledge**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools
- **Office Management Skills**: Organizational skills, ability to maintain records, and support administrative tasks efficiently

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telecalling and telesales to promote courses (e.g., Blender 3D, etc.)
- Provide information about course offerings, fees, and EMI options
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with office coordination
