Hi, aWe are hiring for the role of DM-FPNA in Bangalore for a Leading ITES Client. Please go through the JD and share CV's j**Note **:Please mention "**FPNA-Bangalore" in Subject Line **While Sharing CV (Immediate Joiners Preferred) **Role Summary/Purpose** The focus of this role is planning, forecasting, reporting, analyzing the financials and driving cost control projects of the manufacturing segment of the business with an overall objective of ensuring that the right decisions are taken to make the business successful. **Essential Responsibilities (**Duties include but are not limited to): - Support Finance/Business planning cycles including SII (1-year Plan), quarterly Operating Plans and specific long-term plans - Participate in monthly / quarterly / yearly Accounting close processes - Provide data to the business finance / operating teams in an effort to drive growth and productivity - Provide necessary analytics to highlight key performance drivers; identifying risks and opportunities through the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities - Regular review of factory processes to identify opportunities for improvement, eg. customs processes, stock processes, etc. and ensuring all associated compliance requirements are fulfilled - Extend support as needed for Controllership matters and internal, statutory and cost audits - Work towards implementation and claiming of government incentives for which company has got approval - Interact / coordinate with the COEs (centers of excellence) to get business segment data for identifying areas of improvement **Qualifications / Requirements / Desired Characteristics** - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, - CA or ICWA - As the job would involve close interaction with the operations and global teams, good interpersonal skills would be critical. - Good presentation and communication skills and ability to drive outcomes. - Things to keep in mind while sourcing - Immediate joiners. - Proper FP&A profiles. - From Bangalore only, no relocation people will be taken. - **CA - qualified/semi qualified preferred.**: - **MBA would also be fine - from top B schools.** - Key Skills - Financial Planning And AnalysisBudgetingVariance AnalysisFPNAForecasting - RTRBudget AnalysisFinancial PlanningTrend Analysis - Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Education - UG:_Any Graduate **Company Profile**: Outpace Consulting Services - Company Info - X- View Contact Details+ - Contact Company:_Outpace Consulting Services **Salary**: 8-12 Lacs P.A.
