**Responsibilities**:

- Assess patients' physical condition, medical history, and goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions through techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
- Use specialized equipment and modalities like heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation to aid in the rehabilitation process.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, pain management, and proper body mechanics.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in the field of physiotherapy to enhance treatment techniques and methodologies.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care, respecting patient confidentiality and informed consent.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to improve clinical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Relevant state or national licensure or certification as a Physiotherapist.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Proficiency in assessing and diagnosing a wide range of physical conditions.
- Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude to motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Knowledge of medical ethics, patient privacy regulations, and professional standards.
