**Salary 12000 To 15000 Per Month**

1. Responsible for Packing Machine operation.

2. Machine operation timings set and output monitoring.

3. Issuance and return of laminate as per requirements (planning).

4. Monitoring machine reports and analyzing the shortcomings.

5. Laminate and product wastes control at primary packing stage.

6. Ensuring that Pillow pouch material is defect free.

7. Leak test for all pillow pack machines.

8. Making sure that all the operators fill in the machine reports correctly and on time.

9. Minimize the breakdown time by informing the senior and regular check of machines with operators.

10. Manpower allocation on machines and work assign to them.

11. Pillow pouch average weight check for all machines.

12. Daily laminate consumption and wastage calculation.

13. Machine breakdown and production loss monitoring.

14. DPR preparation.

15. Semifinished (pouch) store stock maintains, FIFO, Batch planning wise material issuance.

16. Rework monitoring and repacking batch wise.

17. Complete stock maintenance and updating in documents as well as in system.

18. Responsible for filling the logbooks of area cleaning and Rh Temperature.

19. Responsible for the checklist of Pillow Machine and Metal Detector.

20. Maintaining the pillow pouch machine and metal detector output synchronized.

21. Ensuring safety and Good Manufacturing Practices are met.

22. Monthly stock taking.

23. Assist the documents filling.

Any other work will be assigned to him as per need by department head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
