We are currently seeking a skilled BMS Supervisor to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our BMS projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BMS Operations**: Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Building Management Systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet client specifications.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and technical support to ensure successful project execution.
- **System Monitoring**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of BMS, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any technical concerns or requests.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all work is performed according to industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all BMS activities, including system configurations, maintenance logs, and performance reports.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training to team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of BMS systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Engineering or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Diploma holders in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or Computer Science with equivalent experience will also be considered.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for diploma holders.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and their components.
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in BMS software and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
