**Job Summary**:Your primary responsibility as a Curriculum Planner for Public Speaking will be to develop and plan comprehensive educational materials for teaching public speaking skills to learners of different age groups from grade K1 to grade 10 and their proficiency levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clear idea on improvisation of lesson plans in regards to level of students caliber.
- Develop and compile a wide range of instructional materials, such as lesson plans, handouts, presentation slides, multimedia resources, and assessment tools, to support the curriculum and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Work collaboratively with other planners & public speaking teachers, to integrate feedback, share best practices, and align curriculum planning with the institution's overall educational goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication or any related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of public speaking techniques, presentation skills, and rhetorical principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology, multimedia tools, and presentation software.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Creative and innovative mindset in designing educational content.
- Passion for teaching and empowering individuals to become effective public speakers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
