**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The

proven track record of successfully lling various positions within a dynamic and fast-paced

environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing

to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet our organisational needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key stang initiatives.
- Manage all phases of the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related eld.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and various recruitment methods.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information
- Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
