ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Automate workflows using **Power Automate** for improved process efficiency.
- Manage and maintain content, workflows, and integrations within **SharePoint Online**.
- Utilize **PowerShell** to automate administrative tasks and support operations.
- Work with **APIs** for data integration across different systems and platforms.
- Handle and maintain **JSON schemas**, ensuring consistency and effective data modeling.
- Collaborate with customers on a **daily basis** to gather requirements and provide solution updates.
- Translate business requirements into **technical implementation plans** using Office 365 and Power Platform tools.
- Lead project **execution**, including monitoring progress and managing deliverables.
- ** Mentor and guide team members**, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve **technical issues** quickly and efficiently.
- Perform **data analysis** and provide insights to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in building **Canvas PowerApps** and **Power Automate** flows.
- Strong command of **SharePoint Online** and **PowerShell scripting**.
- In-depth knowledge of **Microsoft Forms**, **JSON**, and **data schemas**.
- Experience integrating and consuming **RESTful APIs**.
- Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to effectively **communicate and collaborate with customers** and stakeholders.
- Strong **team player** with leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or related technologies.
- Prior experience working in **agile environments**.
- Background in IT consulting or solution architecture.
