**Job Summary**:

- **Responsibilities**:

- Create patient files according to provided formats, assigning unique IDs for proper identification.
- Manage and update patient data within the files, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary data for file creation, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Perform daily checks on patient discharge dates to ensure up-to-date records and data integrity.
- Utilize ATHENA SOFTWARE to register patients, manage billing information, claims and facilitate efficient data handling.
- Follow up with the insurance company to get the pending claims cleared.
- Work with various software systems to manage patient data and perform necessary tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with handling hospital data and maintaining data security.
- Proficiency in using software systems, including ATHENA SOFTWARE, for patient registration and billing.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Prior experience in healthcare data management or related fields is a plus.
