
Ticketing Executive

We are looking for a Ticketing Executive, who will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday, also will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Knowledge of GDS is mandatory preferably Amadeus The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services
**Responsibilities**
To help passengers to plan for their trips.
Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with ticket purchases, change, refunds and will call pickups. Effectively communicate company policies and procedure
To answer questions on travel arrangements such as routes and time schedules.
Re-book tickets and other arrangements if the passengers decide to change their schedules
Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
Help to make and confirm reservations.
Provide good customer service.
Handle customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
**Requirement and skills**
Along with strong coordination and sales skill with proven experience in Travel Industry with Knowledge of travel norms, ticketing and reservation
Knowledge of GDS is mandatory preferably Amadeus 1-2 years of experience in travel industry
Training and support will be provided Commitment of first 12 months mandatory Job Type: Full Time/Shift: UK Shifts(2pm-11Pm)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
