**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Procurement**:Identifying and selecting reliable suppliers for fabrics, trims (buttons, zippers, labels, etc.), and other garment accessories based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- **Vendor Management**:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- **Purchase Order Management**:Creating and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of materials to meet production needs.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring inventory levels of accessories and fabrics, minimizing stockouts and optimizing inventory costs.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring that all purchased materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and delivery information, and preparing reports on procurement activities.
- **Cost Management**:Negotiating favorable pricing with suppliers and identifying opportunities to reduce procurement costs.
- **Coordination**:Collaborating with design, production, and quality control teams to ensure that all accessory needs are met.
- **Market Research**:Staying informed about market trends, new materials, and potential suppliers.

Skills Required:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Experience**:

- Typically requires 2-5 years of experience in garment purchasing or a related field.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is often preferred.
- Experience in vendor development and relationship management is also valuable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
