**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
- Document support requests and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT team to escalate complex issues as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with help desk software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
