Position: Social Media Marketing

Location: Near Shivranjani BRTS (Work from Office)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Social Media Strategy: Contribute to the development of social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

3. Scheduling and Posting: Assist in scheduling and posting content on different social media channels, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for maximum reach.

4. Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking social media metrics and compiling reports to assess the performance of campaigns and content. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, execution, and tracking of social media campaigns and promotions.

7. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy.

8. Visual Content Creation: Collaborate with graphic designers or use design tools to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media.

9. Social Media Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to incorporate best practices.

10. Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong passion for and understanding of various social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
